About the founder
Sal’s professional career reflects 28 years of experience providing performance excellence for manufacturing and financial services providers. His work in manufacturing and process engineering, due diligence, change agent in implementing lean management system, quality management and Operations Excellence Executive for 10 years has taught him the reality of change management. Before starting SNC Integrations in 2023, Sal worked as the Senior Vice President Operations Excellence for Consumer Bank Operations for the sixth largest financial institution in the US.
As the Operational Excellence Senior Executive he developed the strategic vision and led major transformational initiatives for optimizing and re-engineering processes, driving down cost, increasing straight-through processing utilizing automation, reducing risk, integrated third party offshore outsourcing and strengthening compliance.
Prior to Sal’s work in the service industry sector he held multiple positions in manufacturing sector. At a leading automotive manufacturing company as a faculty engineer at a casting plant who oversaw the design and installation process of a flexible iron melting line and as Manufacturing Engineer for final car assembly line Sal led work designing work stations to meet safety guideline and efficiency standards, while assuring quality. In addition, at a top Industrial label manufacturing company Sal led the implementation of quality management systems and cellular manufacturing that led to one piece flow. Sal’s experience as a quality assurance manager early in his career for a tier 3 automative parts supplier has provided him the experience to work with customers in a fast paced environment to resolve quality issue and lead root cause resolution to implement preventive processes in an optimal and effect manner.
Sal is a proven performance-driven leader with extensive experience agnostic of the industry. Sal is hands on engineer who relates to all levels of employees, C suite to processing associates. Sal has the proven leadership to build high functional teams by providing development, coaching and has effectively managed unstructured situations, anticipating clients needs and developing situations.
Sal has a bachelor of science degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Akron and is a certified lean six sigma black belt practitioner.
