Private Equity Managers possess significant expertise in investment matters. We complement Private Equity Managers and Firms to provide expertise in performing expedited Operational Due Diligence. We identify current state processing opportunities that lead to upside value creation to deliver EBITDA and cash flow improvements. We develop forward looking plans to streamline end to end processes through re-engineering, automation or simply eliminating non value added steps with a focus on cost reductions and risk mitigation. We work collaboratively with the deal team to provide a value creation plan that will be a living document post integration and continuous improvement. We assess the end to end value stream to identify cost, quality and delivery improvements. Post integration we increase the level of operational analysis and assists in driving improvement opportunities and integrations with existing portfolio.
